Field — Danbury, Connecticut
Brookfield Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our collaborative, welcoming team in Brookfield, Connecticut. From the moment you walk through our front doors, Brookfield feels different. Our hospital was designed by a veterinary architect, creating a beautiful, purpose-built space with a large lobby, high ceilings, thoughtful workflow, dedicated clinical areas, and a layout built around patient care.
It is the kind of hospital that makes a strong first impression, but what keeps people here is the team. Our culture is one of our biggest strengths. We laugh often, support one another, and work through busy days together.
New team members, externs, and students are welcomed quickly, and our team genuinely enjoys working alongside one another. Many of our employees have been with the practice for years, including team members with 11 and 13 years of tenure, which says a lot about the environment we have built. We are also entering an exciting period of transition and growth.
One of our founding doctors will be retiring, and a new doctor has recently signed on to join our team and step into a Co-Medical Director role. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join an established hospital with strong leadership, long-term team stability, and continued forward momentum. The right person for this role is experienced, reliable, team-oriented, and ready to become part of a group that values both high-quality medicine and a positive work environment.
