Position Summary The Project Coordinator for Telecommunications Service Delivery is responsible for driving customer telecommunication projects from signed contract through successful service activation and revenue turn-up.
This role serves as the primary coordinator between customers, telecommunications carriers, ISP partners, internal sales teams, engineering resources, and service delivery organizations to ensure internet, WAN, voice, and related telecommunications services are installed and activated as quickly and efficiently as possible.

This individual proactively manages project timelines, identifies and removes delivery obstacles, escalates delays, and ensures all stakeholders remain informed throughout the service delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator for Telecommunications Service Delivery will have dual reporting to the Senior Manager of Project Management and Director of Technology Advisory Services. They work closely with Sales, Service Portfolio, Partner Enablement, and Operations roles to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Project Coordination Demonstrate strong organizational skills by effectively coordinating and monitoring multiple projects across a diverse set of customers, industries, and geographies Complete recurring project coordination activities, including the ability to: Schedule internal and customer-facing project kickoff meetings Track project scope, budget, forecasted and confirmed schedules, and the status of deliverables Maintain steady communication flows and collaborate with CompuNet teams and customers to ensure projects stay on track Communication flows may include participation in status meetings, the development of meeting summaries or written status reports, proactively communicating risks, etc.
