About The Role

Degree Heating Cooling is looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team in Glastonbury, CT. You'll lead residential HVAC installations, mentor junior installers, and deliver high-quality work that homeowners can depend on for years to come.

What You'Ll Do

Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers. Mentor and work alongside installation team members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality installations. Maintain clean, organized job sites while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.

What We'Re Looking For

Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S10, S2, or S1) required. 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred. Ability to lead installation projects while working effectively with a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Professional, dependable, and customer-focused. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Pay Range : Pay is dependent on experience; $40/hour and up + SPIFFs and bonuses. Top technicians earn over $100,000 per year.
