Go to Company

In Pinpoint, click Company in the left sidebar.

This is where your careers page and company settings are managed.

Open Careers Page

Click View Careers Page, open your live careers page, and copy the full URL from your browser.

Open API Settings

Go to Settings, then click API & Webhooks.

This is where you manage API keys for Pinpoint.

Enable Pinpoint API

Turn on the Pinpoint API toggle in the top right.

Once it is enabled, click + Create New.

Create API Key

Enter the API key name as JobMinglr and use the following permissions:

Candidate: Read & Write
Application: Read & Write
Job: Read
Interview: Read
Answer: Read & Write
After setting these permissions, click Create API Key.

Copy API Key

Click the copy icon next to the API key and paste it into the form below.

Fill out the form with your information and we will do the rest.

What happens after you submit?

Job Sync Timeline

Your jobs will automatically sync with JobMinglr within 24 hours of submitting the form.

Candidate Matching

We only send candidates who are a strong fit for your roles. If you do not receive applications right away, it does not mean the integration failed. It means we are still identifying the right candidates for your positions.

Disabling the Integration

You can stop the integration at any time by removing the API key from your Pinpoint dashboard. Once access is revoked, your job listings will be removed from JobMinglr.

Re-enabling Access

You can enable the integration again at any time without going through the setup process again.
