In Greenhouse, go to Configure → Job Boards → Edit Board Settings. Copy the Job Board URL.

How to set it up
Unlike Pinpoint, Greenhouse requires a separate webhook for each event, so you'll repeat steps 2-4 for each one below.
Get your webhook secret
Use the form on the right to retrieve your unique secret key. You'll need it for every webhook you create.
Open Greenhouse Web Hooks
Go to Configure → Dev Center → Web Hooks and click Create New.
Configure the webhook
Set the name to the event you're adding, paste the endpoint URL below, and enter your secret key.

What access does JobMinglr need?
An API key with API Job Board access only, the most limited Greenhouse scope available. JobMinglr can read your public job listings and submit applications to your job board, nothing else.
Can JobMinglr see my existing candidates?
No. The Job Board API has no access to your existing candidate pipeline, team data, or billing information. We can only submit new applications.
How long does setup take?
About 5 minutes. You need your Greenhouse Job Board URL (under Configure → Job Boards) and an API key (under Dev Center → API Credential Management). Once submitted, the integration activates automatically, with no approval process.
Where do JobMinglr applications appear?
In your existing Greenhouse pipeline, as standard applications. Your team reviews them the same way they review any other applicant. Nothing in your current workflow changes.
Is the integration free?
Yes. The integration is included with your Greenhouse membership, with no separate JobMinglr plan needed. Pipeline Expansion, where JobMinglr proactively sources candidates for you, is an optional paid add-on.
Are webhooks required?
No. Webhooks are optional and only power real-time status updates back to candidates as their application moves. The core integration works without them.
What happens if I rotate or revoke my API credential?
The integration stops immediately and JobMinglr can no longer submit candidates to your account. To reconnect, submit your new API key through the form on this page.
